Women's Future Development Organization

Women's Future Development Organization is comprised of the Career Support Division (support and creation of a research environment for female researchers, etc.), the Career Acceleration Division (programs for promoting promotion and improving teaching skills), the Career Development Division (strengthening research skills and training leaders), and the Wide-area Network Formation Division (formation of a wide-area network of female researchers). The Organization is working to create a research support environment for female researchers, train excellent female researchers, promote their recruitment, and expand the support infrastructure of the university.
