Health check
Regular health checkups are conducted by the Health and Consultation Support Organization Health Service Center (opens in a new window) in April and October every year.

Issuance of medical certificates, etc.
Health checkup certificates and health certificates are issued to students who have undergone regular health checkups. You can obtain a health checkup certificate at the "automatic certificate issuance machine" installed in each faculty, so please use it.
However, if it cannot be issued automatically, please apply to the Health and Consultation Support Organization Health Service Center of each campus.
If there is a designated medical certificate form, it will be filled out and issued by the Health and Consultation Support Organization Health Service Center.
