Regarding measures regarding training in response to the enforcement of the Child Sexual Violence Prevention Act
The Child Sexual Violence Prevention Act came into effect on December 25, 2026, and in training such as teaching practice and nursing care experience,
The training school may ask you to check whether you have a criminal record for sexual offenses.
If you have a criminal record for a sexual offense, you may not be able to complete your internship and may not be able to obtain a qualification.
In addition, the university will ask students to submit a pledge in advance that they have no criminal record for sexual offenses.
