Tuition Fees, Admission Fees and Other Fees

The tuition fees, admission fees, and examination fees at our university are as follows.

Enrollment from 2026 onwards

Enrollment before 2023

Tuition fees will be revised sequentially from 2024 onwards. (Please note that there are no changes to the entrance fee and examination fee.)

Note: For undergraduate students who enrolled before 2023 and graduate students who enrolled before 2024, the current tuition fees will remain the same from 2024 onwards while they are enrolled in the relevant course. However, if they graduate or complete their current course and enroll or advance to a new course, the yearly amount tuition fee at the time of enrollment or advancement will apply.

[Undergraduate and Graduate Students]
■ Tuition is generally paid by direct deposit (automatic withdrawal).
■ Tuition fees can be paid by bank transfer on May 27 for the first semester and November 27 for the second semester. However, if the 27th is a holiday of financial institutions, it will be debited on the next business day.
The University will bear the transfer fee.
■ For those who have not applied for bank transfer, payment forms will be sent to the guarantor in May for the first semester and in November for the second semester. Please note that you will be responsible for the transfer fee.
■ Students who apply for a tuition waiver are not required to pay tuition until the results of the waiver are announced.
■ If you need a receipt, please contact Cashier Section (Fuchu Campus, Administration 1F) or Accounting Section, Koganei Accounting Office (Koganei Campus, Administration Building 2F). However, in the case of payment by account transfer, it takes about a week from the date of account transfer until the receipt can be issued.

In principle, tuition will be paid by postal transfer. (A transfer form will be sent separately)
Please note that tuition fees cannot be refunded once paid.

[Undergraduate and graduate students]
■If you wish to register or change your tuition fee transfer account, please do so via the Internet.
Please read the "Online Direct Debit Application Procedure" below and apply through the "Online Direct Debit Reception Service."
New students should register as soon as their student ID number is determined in April or early October.
Those who have progressed from an undergraduate program to a graduate program Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology University of Agriculture and Technology, and those who have progressed from a master's program to a doctoral program, are also required to register.
