Faculty of Agriculture Department Information Session

We will hold a briefing session on the Faculty of Agriculture department as follows.

?Dates: August 2nd (Sat), 4th (Mon), 5th (Tue), 6th (Wed), 7th (Thu) 2025

?Time: Morning session 10:00~12:00, Afternoon session 13:30~15:30

?Venue: Lecture Building 1, Fuchu Campus, Main Building for Faculty of Agriculture

Application for participation

  • Advance registration is required to participate. (Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.)
  • Please apply from the [Participation Application Form] for the department you wish to participate in.
  • Up to 1 companion can participate. Please apply at the same time.
  • To apply, please select either the morning session or the afternoon session.
  • Registration will open on Tuesday, July 1, from 4:00 p.m.

Request regarding application for participation

  1. Applications by phone or email, and requests to participate without an application will not be accepted.
  2. If you have already applied for participation and decide to postpone your participation due to unforeseen circumstances, please be sure to cancel in advance. You can cancel from My Page.
  3. There is no waiting list function. Applications can be made at any time in the event of a cancellation.
  4. In order to ensure that as many people as possible have the opportunity to participate, we limit attendance to one accompanying person.

?Please be sure to take adequate precautions against heatstroke. Light clothing is acceptable. Please take care of your health by staying hydrated.

About reception on the day

  1. Reception hours on the day are 9:00-10:00 for the morning session and 12:30-13:30 for the afternoon session.
    The reception is located in the hall on the first floor of the First Lecture Building.
  2. Please use public transportation when coming to campus.
