Please enclose a stamped return envelope (please write your postal code, address, and name on a No. 2 square envelope) when applying.

<How to claim>

1. 返信用封筒に230円（速達の場合にはその料金分を加算）の切手を貼り付けてください。
2. Please place the reply envelope inside the request envelope and write "Request for Faculty of Faculty of Engineering Transfer Student Admission Guidelines" in red ink next to the addressee on the front.
   Please write the "return address" and "Yu-mail" on the return envelope. Please note that when replying by Yu-mail, the envelope will be sent with part of it open.
